MICHAEL E. MEMBERG

Michael Memberg represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims.  He is licensed in both Georgia and Florida and has consistently obtained successful results for his clients at hearings and via settlement.  Michael enjoys working with his clients to prepare for claims before they happen and speaking on workers’ compensation issues, and he has a particular focus on working with temporary staffing companies and professional employer organizations (PEOs).  He has also worked with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta to provide education on workers’ compensation issues to non-profits.

Outside of the practice of law, Michael is a native Atlantan and proud supporter of the Atlanta sports teams and the Georgia Bulldogs.  He lives in the Lake Claire neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife and son and their golden retriever.
