MARIELA CRUZ

Mariela is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law and has years of experience in complex commercial litigation with a focus on the defense of employers and carriers in a variety of claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mariela successfully represented a number of national and international companies in different stages of litigation. Her practice also expanded into the Defense Base Act claims. Mariela has spoken at various national CLE programs and courses focused on the Defense Base Act and related commercial matters. 

In her spare time, Mariela serves as the president of the Atlanta chapter of the Young Catholic Professionals and participates in various pro-bono programs throughout the year.
